FEILIZ is a technology service company, not a factory floor operator. We work as your engineering and procurement partner -- we select, configure, quality-control, and manage delivery of machines from specialist manufacturers in Dongguan and Foshan.

This model exists because no single factory makes every type of welding machine well. By working across multiple specialist manufacturers, we give you access to the best-in-class machine for each application -- with one accountable point of contact.

Every machine we quote is configured to your local power specification before manufacturing begins. We routinely supply machines for 220V/50Hz, 380V/50Hz, 440V/60Hz, and single-phase variants. We will confirm your local standard during the technical discussion.

For pneumatic machines: we specify the required air pressure (typically 0.4-0.6 MPa) and connector type in the technical sheet. If your facility uses a different standard, we adapt accordingly.

We have never shipped a machine with the wrong voltage spec. It is one of the first things we confirm in writing before accepting your order.

FEILIZ is responsible. We are your single point of accountability -- not the shipping company, not the factory.

Our standard process: (1) seaworthy export crating with internal foam and steel bracing, (2) marine cargo insurance arranged on your behalf, (3) photographic documentation of machine condition before packing. If damage occurs in transit, we manage the insurance claim and arrange repair or replacement parts.

If a machine fails to run on arrival due to a manufacturing defect, we cover the cost of repair parts and remote technical support. For major faults, we will dispatch a technician or arrange return for repair -- terms are documented in our sales contract.

Evan Yang, your direct contact, is a fluent English speaker with 16 years of international trade experience. All technical documents, quotations, contracts, and manuals are provided in English as standard.

We communicate via email, WhatsApp, WeChat, and video call -- whichever channel works best for your timezone and preference. We respond to WhatsApp messages typically within 2 hours during business hours (UTC+8).

For Spanish, Arabic, French, or other language needs, we work with professional translators for formal documentation. Our technical diagrams and HMI interfaces can be supplied in English, Chinese, or your preferred language on request.

This is the most important question you can ask. The answer is: engineering selection and quality control before the machine leaves China.

Most bad experiences come from buying the cheapest available option from a platform without engineering review. FEILIZ does not sell the cheapest machine -- we sell the right machine, correctly specified for your material, your production speed, and your power supply.

Before any machine ships, we run a full production trial using your actual wire grade or material spec. We record this on video and send it to you. If the machine does not perform to the agreed output and quality standard, it does not ship.

We also use industrial-grade electrical components (Schneider, Siemens, Omron -- not generic substitutes) and specify this in the BOM. You can verify this during the factory visit or via the pre-shipment inspection report.

We send you milestone production updates with photos and video at three stages: (1) material procurement and frame fabrication start, (2) mechanical assembly complete, (3) electrical wiring and pre-run-off test.

You are also welcome to arrange a third-party inspection at any stage -- we work with SGS, BV, and other inspection agencies. We do not restrict access.

For larger orders, we can structure payment in milestones tied to verified production stages -- not just time. Evan will discuss the payment structure that gives you the right level of confidence for your order size.

Remote installation support is included at no additional cost for all machines. We guide your team through the installation sequence via video call, and provide a step-by-step commissioning checklist in English.

On-site installation by a FEILIZ technician is available for larger or more complex systems (automated lines, multi-machine setups). The cost depends on destination country and project scope -- typically buyer covers flights and accommodation, we cover the technician's time. This is agreed in the contract before the order.

Operator training is included: video training materials, a written operations manual, and a live Q&A session with our technical team. Most buyers are running production within 1-3 days of machine arrival.

Our 12-month warranty covers all manufacturing defects. If a fault cannot be resolved remotely, we will supply replacement parts at no cost. In cases of fundamental design defects that prevent the machine from meeting its specified output, we will negotiate a replacement or credit -- this is written into our sales contract.

We do not offer cash refunds after production and shipment, as is standard in capital equipment trade globally. What we do offer is a clear, enforceable warranty commitment and a track record of honouring it.

The best protection is pre-shipment. This is why we insist on a witnessed run-off test before every machine leaves our facility. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship -- and you don't pay the balance.
